Curious on how they pay these actors. I say that because some of them are hardly shown at all. Say Rosita. She has had like 30 seconds of airtime this season. I assume she is tied to the show and cannot get a side acting gig somewhere else. I guess they pay them per episode even if they are not in it? Any one know?

We know about Rick and Darryls recent contracts. What about the others?

    thanks

Depends. Norman, Melissa, Tom, and Danai are on contract. Maybe more. They get paid by the season.
Anyone else gets paid by the episode.

Seasons and then episodes get broken down to shooting order and actors booked for the days they are needed. Usually they will break it down to whatever is most conveniant and cost effective. The regulars are booked for the whole season. Also they may be booked again for reshoots, if necessary. Their individual contracts regulate anything else, like amount of pay, conditions, royalties etc. Naturally the studios will try to pay as less as possible, and the agent will try to get as much as possible for their client.
