We just got our introduction to who will be taking Rick's place. Thoughts?

She just borrowed it. She was going to give it back as soon as she got back on her feet again with a waitressing gig.

Hearing the other actors like Danai, Josh, and Lauren Ridloff on the Talking Dead talking about the actress that plays Judith (Cailey Fleming), it sounds like she also has Andy Lincoln’s work ethic already too :)

I knew she was my new favorite character since the end of last episode, but it's even more cemented now.

I just hope the young actress is committed until the show ends.

No, didn't steal anything, but I'll give her a chance. I was ready to burn her alive after her introduction last week, but she was good today.

She'll be committed until Disney's new upcoming streaming service decides to do a young Rey series about her time growing up on Jakku.

I hope they don’t wreck her character by having her do things that are foolish or rash to drive stupidity based plot points. (See The numerous ‘Carl wanders away” incidents)

It's good to see Judith become an actual character. As a baby and toddler, she was more of a "prop" for the other characters to interact with.

    Meh...
    Phhhht.
Whatevers, I'd rather watch more of Beth Greene.

Way you guys are making it sound it looks like I got a rough road ahead, if they truly plan on "INTRODUCING" this baby girl whose arms don't look like they have the strength to hold a steel revolver (which is why it's likely a plastic prop of one). I'll go ahead and grab the Vaseline and lube on up in preparation and promise to do the best I can.

Look, autism makes other people's emotional state invisible to me and I'm sure I'm wrong, but did you just say you're going to yank off to that 11 year-old little girl?

    No.
The Vaseline is going on my rear orifice because I'm going to need it as I get bent over every time I have to watch this, watching Judith come in guns blazing like Tonto makes me look forward to her getting eated even more than Carl... I didn't exactly look forward to Carl getting eated but he sure had a knack of toying with the dead, something which if you do that in a real world scenario won't take long before it backfires bad.
And because of that, Carl died of a stupid death.
Sure enough, he was playing around with the Z's when he got bit...

Now I think Judy, she'll end up where folks going in as heroes putting in their noble causes for the wrong people end up. Unless she learns that you can't go doing that, unfortunately characters "learning" is not something I have seen much of on this show and I foresee Judith dying of a stupid death.
I am assuming the attitude she displayed this past episode is the start of a pattern.

More than a few characters on TWD have died as a result of these behavioral patterns.

I liked Judith and thought she has just enough smartass, toughness, and sweetness.

After reading that some of you are all butthurt over Judith....I really like her now. Anything that pisses off uppity people makes me a happy person.

I think the young actress is doing a great job! I particularly like that she looks a great deal like Lori with the long brunette hair and the big eyes. I know Lori didn't have a lot of fans, but it is another example of things coming full cycle.

She is just a bit too precocious for me, between the Python and ordering adults like Aaron about, but I'm hopeful that we'll see a more realistic portrayal of a 10 yo going forward.

I actually like that she is that way. I think they will go to lengths to show how different she is from the other children. I could see that being a subplot in itself where Michonne feels some level of regret that she raised a badass who has no interest in "playing" with the other kids.

A sort of Empire of the Son type thing.
